I AM — Opportunity and Apprenticeships

Our apprenticeship programme, launched in pilot in 2026 with The Change Foundation, connects young people – particularly from underprivileged backgrounds – with founder-led, entrepreneurial businesses.

We provide inspiration workshops, paid placements, real mentoring and career pathways into industries young people don’t know how to access.

Wellbeing

Mental health support belongs in everyday life. We’re partnering with JAAQ — the clinically governed mental health platform used by leading UK banks, insurers and healthcare organisations — to embed trusted, accessible mental health support across the From Now On ecosystem.

Community

Community isn’t a section on a planning application. It’s how a place becomes a home.

We’re partnering with EARNT – the community of change-makers behind volunteer-led collaborations with brands like The River Café, Frieze London and Soho House – to create meaningful social impact across every project and community we help deliver.

British Manufacturing and Employment

We need 300,000 new jobs to deliver on the government’s target of 1.5 million new homes. 25% of our workforce is over the age of 50.

From Now On supports skilled employment in UK factories. Through our network of British manufacturing partners, we’re rebuilding regional industrial capacity, creating reskilling and upskilling pathways, and supporting the green economy the country is building.

Every home we deliver is jobs created – not just shelter built.
