From Now On Role: Co-principal. Responsible for designing and planning bespoke single-family housing, building operational business capabilities on behalf of The Duchy of Cornwall to hand over alongside completion of the houses for Duchy of Cornwall operations.

Landowner Objectives: Retain ownership of single-family housing for long-term income and capital growth.

Status: Twin-track planning — allocation and simultaneous detailed planning consent.
From Now On Role: Responsible for design, planning, funding structuring, housing delivery and operations of completed single-family housing development.

Landowner Objectives: Sell single-family housing developments to institutional purchaser, benefit from land and development profits. Optimised planning to include commercial on-site for retention of ownership.
Number of Homes: 152
Status: Design and submission of reserved matters application for detailed consent.
From Now On Role: Design, secure detailed planning consent, structure funding and hand over to incoming purchaser. Operations if required.
